Search The Darkness

Life’s waters flow from darkness. Search the darkness, don’t run from it.”
Rumi

Things cannot touch the mind: they are external and inert; anxieties can only come from your internal judgement.”
Marcus Aurelius

“I tried to come as close to death as I could, just now. Working out. Sprinting, moving. I could feel the thud of my heartbeat in my jaw. My ankle told me it was injured. So I cut the ankle. My heart was ready to ignite. I lit the match. The pulled muscle in my leg throbbed. So I tore the muscle out.

When the pain was removed, the observer stopped observing pain.

When the self was deconstructed, ‘nothing” remained.

It was the state of nothingness that drove me, egoless and centred.”
