How to Meditate

Teaching Meditation in 10 seconds;

1) allow your thoughts; then

2) listen to your thoughts; then

3) quieten your thoughts; and finally

4) focus your thoughts.

Aim for 10 minutes, twice daily.

Sit in lotus asana.

Close your eyes.

Simple.
